SUBJECT: Bill No. 156 (2004- An Ordinance Amending Chapter 11 (Housing), Article 1,
Section 11-4(D awai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), to Include Affordable
Housing Requirements for Industrial Park Developments.
On December 7, 2005, at first reading, the Council voted to postpone indefinitely
action on Bill No. 156 (2004-2006). Pursuant to Council Rule No. 16.4(b), I respectfully
request that attached Bill No. 156 (2004-2006) be placed back on the Council's agenda
for first reading.
