RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/GEICO INSURANCE on behalf of Amaleta Marouez
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a) (4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by GEICO INSURANCE on behalf of their insured
Amaleta Marquez. We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at its earliest
convenience.
