No. 100, dated 7anuary 17, 2007, amends transfers funds as follows:

Funds will be used to purchase building materials to construct the North Kohala Veteran's
Memorial at the existing Kohala Senior Center. The Veteran's Memorial Cotmittee has
approved the design and cost of the proposed Memorial.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 38-07
and recommends its adoption.
