Services (Kealakehe JROTC)
Cadets from the United States Army Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) from
participating Hawaii Island high schools will attend the Statewide Spring Camp at Schofield
Barracks on Oahu in March, 2007, and the Summer Leadership Training in Hilo. These
programs teach cadets the value of citizenship, leadership, and personal responsibility.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 54-07
and recommends its adoption.
