This extension was included as part of the original design area for the Papaikou Sewerage System and plans have already been completed. Currently, the Contractor is close to completing the Papaikou Sewer project and may be demobilizing his equipment in the near future. To prevent incurring additional costs for remobilizing the Contractor's equipment, request the attached resolution be waived to the full Council on February 5, 1997. Arakaki, Chairman C'~ Z ~ Hawaii County Council ~Z~, ~ 25 Aupuni Street G ~ C ~ 3 1 Hilo, Hawaii 96720 ~ RE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC SL'R KAAPOKO HOMESTEAD ROAD, LOCATED AT PAPAIKOU, DISTRIC I' OF SOUTH HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII (Resolution 33 ) Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regazds to the resolution mentioned above, waiving said referral from the Committee on Public Works and Parks in order that appropriate action can betaken by the Council.
