RE: Bill 345, Drafr 3.
At its meeting on February 21, 2007, the Planning Committee recommended passage of Bill 345,
as amended to Draft 3.
Attached please find Bi11345, Draft 3, which reflects the deletion of the word "lawfully" from
the definition of "group living facility" set forth in the proposed amendment to Bi11345, Draft 2,
transmitted via Communication No. 67.47. Paragraph (c) of the definition of "group living
facility" was amended as follows:
"(c) A group livin fagcility-j'"" in existence on the effective date of this
ordinance may continue in operation despite non-compliance with the criteria
contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of "group living facility"."
