SUBJECT: Bill 156 - Amending Chapter 11, Article 1,
Subsection 11-4(d), (Housing Code)
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is
providing the following information for Bill 156 which is
scheduled for the Council meeting on Friday, March 9, 2007.
As an advocate for Housing and related mandates, the OHCD feels
that these issues should be considered. However, Bill 156 as
proposed is a 25% condition and subsection 11-4 (d) is confusing
and would be difficult to implement.
The OHCD understands that the Planning Department may be
proposing alternative language and would support the Planning
Department proposal.
