Thank you for agendizing the above case on your Council meeting
agenda.
I am respectfully requesting the Council defer this matter to the next
Council meeting, as we have no report for March 9, 2007.
Since this case is in active litigation, and there maybe the need for our
office to seek the approval of the Council for settlement or other legal matters, we
thought it prudent to have this case agendized for each Council meeting so as to
comply with State Sunshine Law requirements of proper and timely notice.
