Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Resolution
No. 69-07, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 69-07, transmitted via Communication No. 163, from County Clerk Casey Jarman, dated
February 9, 2007, appoints Mr. Kenneth Goodenow to the position of Deputy County Clerk. Ms. Jarman
spoke in favor of the appointment of Mr. Goodenow, stating that he received solid references and was
highly qualified as a graduate of the Richardson School of Law and because of his experience in the State
Legislature.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution 69-07, and recommends its adoption.
