Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 41, reports as follows:
Bill No. 41, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 131,
dated January 24, 2007, amends Ordinance No. 06-8Q as amended, the Capital Budget, ending
June 30, 2007, by adding the following project:
FIRE DEPARTMENT:
Kapoho Communications Radio 110.299.5290.46 $755,000
Site and Tower Replacement
Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Fund $755,000
Pursuant to Section 10-6(d), Hawai`i County Charter, the Council may amend the Capital Budget
for that year with atwo-thirds vote.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 41 and
recommends it pass first reading.
