Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 45, reports as follows:
Bill No. 46, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 169,
dated February 5, 2007, amends Ordinance No. 06-80, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending
June 30, 2007, by adding the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
North Kona Sewer -County of Hawaii 110.699.5696.01 $ 466,000
North Kona Sewer- SRF 110.699.5691.02 $3,104,000
Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 466,000
State Revolving Funds (SRF) $3,104,000
Pursuant to Section 10-6(d), Hawai`i County Charter, the Council may amend the Capital Budget
for that year with atwo-thirds vote.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 46 and
recommends it pass first reading.
