Regarding the General Plan Amendment Procedure
The Planning Commission at its duly held public hearing on Mrch 2, 2007, voted to
send a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the Planning Director's
modified version of the drab bill attached to Resolution 430-06.
The Planning Director's proposed bill is enclosed for your favorable recommendation.
The denial recommendation of the original bill attached to Resolution 430-06 and
background attachments were transmitted to the County Council by letter dated
February 1, 2007.
