Re: Old Mamalahoa Highway. South Kona
Resolution 84-07
The above-mentioned resolution is scheduled to be heard before the Council on
Wednesday, March 21, 2007. We respectfully request that this matter be deferred
indefinitely as Kapua Orchard Estates, LLC is in the process of securing an appraisal of
the subject remnant roadways.
We will notify the Council when the appraisal is received and this matter is ready
to be brought before the Council.
