RESOLUTION NO. 111 U7
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Department of Pazks and Recreation is in need of funds for the
Honoka`a County Pazk Complex, to provide recreational activities and storage for the staff and
community; and
WHEREAS, a $3,000 appropriation will be used towazds the purchase of a new tennis
court wind bazrier wrap, a portable basketball scoreboazd, a portable baseball scoreboazd, a table
tennis table, and other necessary equipment needed; and
WHEREAS, a $20,000 appropriation will be used to purchase building materials to
construct a staff storage unit which will be completed by community volunteers; and
WHEREAS, a $20,000 appropriation will be used to purchase building materials to
construct a community storage unit at the upper concession locker room facility; and
WHEREAS, the total appropriation of $43,000 from Council District 1 Contingency
Relief account will be administered by the Department of Pazks and Recreation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated asset forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
