Dear Chairman Hoffmann and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Ms. Kelly Ann Soo of Council District 8 to the
County of Hawaii Board of Appeals. Ms. Soo is a 46-year resident of Hawaii.
She is employed by The Department of Defense's Paxen Group as the site
manager of the About Face Program. Ms. Soo formerly worked at the Salvation
Army as a Youth Case Manager and and at Turning Point for Families as a
Womens Advocate/Parent Educator.
Ms. Soo states that she is a Republican. If confirmed, she will serve a term to
expire on December 31, 2011.
