We have been advised by the Corporation Counsel's <br /> Office that this list of projects may permissibly expand to include projects added by amendments <br /> made up until the end of the present fiscal year, as noted in Bill 180. (Copy of opinion <br /> attached.) <br /> For your information we have attached a list of these public improvement projects. <br /> This list is an extract from the capital projects status report, compiled by the Finance <br /> Department, of January 31, 1998. It includes all projects which indicated "General Obligation <br /> Bonds," "Any," or "Other Sources" as a source of funds. The capital project status report also <br /> provides some background on the fund status of these projects. <br /> Copies are also attached of Ordinance 98-4, containing amendments to Ordinance 97-82, and <br /> Bill No. 172, which has just been returned to the Council with the Mayor's signature today. <br /> These contain additional amendments to the list of projects. <br /> Attachments <br /> Cotan¢.
