Subject: Bill on Re-Cycling
Bill #22 seems the closest possible to increasing re-cycling rather than adding tons and tons of
burned materials into our air, when we already get enough with the Volcano to term our air
polluted frequently. Please do what you can to reduce the possibility of burning and increase
