Your Committee on Environmental Management, to which was referred Resolution No. 76-07,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 76-07 transmitted by Environmental Management Duector Bazbaza Bell, via
Communication No. 179, dated February 5, 2007, authorizing the extension of the public sewer
to Kulana Street for Hilo One, Inc., at Hilo, Hawaii.
The purpose of this resolution is to forwazd the Department's recommendation for the approval.
The applicant proposes to comply with Section(s) 21-28 of the Hawaii County Code, whereby
they will construct the sewer extension for the County and in return, receive stated benefits from
the County for the stated period of time.
Your Committee on Environmental Management is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 76-07 and recommends its adoption.
