RE: Authorization To Issue General Obligation Bonds
Attached is a bill authorizing the issuance of up to $40 million in general obligation
bonds for the purpose of financing public improvements of the County of Hawaii.
The bond proceeds from the 1996 general obligation bond issuance have pretty much
been allotted. We still have a number of major projects which need funding
consideration.
