Re: Salary Ordinance of 2007
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2007. `fn
addition to the 2006 Hawaii County Charter amendments relating to the name change for
the Department of Civil Service (to the Department of Human Resources), we are
amending the Salary Ordinance by adding the following classes of work for the Office of
Housing and Community Development:
• Special Projects Coordinator II, SR-20 (B.U. 13) as item #10,
• Special Projects Coordinator I, SR-18 (B.U. 13) as item #11,
• and the subsequent renumbering of the items in Section 7.02(b) Office of Housing and
Community Development. Office of Management.

Enclosed is the amended Salary Ordinance of 2007 for submittal to the County
Council with the County's budget.
In addition to the 2006 Hawaii County Charter amendments relating to the
name change for the Department of Civil Service, we are amending the Salary
Ordinance 2007 by adding the following classes of work for the Office of Housing
and Community Development:
• Special Projects Coordinator II, SR-20 (B.U. 13) as item # 10,
• Special Projects Coordinator I, SR-18 (B.U. 13) as item #1 1,
