In response to your letter dated January 6, 1998 regarding the subject communication:
1. The Department of Public Works (DPW) performed a "dedication field
inspection" that generated a punch list which was completed in accordance with
the approved construction plan.
2. Roadways granted to the County of Hawaii (Land Patent Grant No. S-15,889).
3. Deed conveys wastewater disposal system. Executive Orders conveys land in
perpetuity for drainage and access purposes. Executive Orders will be canceled
if not used for those purposes.
