Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to submit the nomination of Wayne A. Easley
of Kona to the Hawaii County Planning Board of Appeals to
replace Geraldine M. Giffin of Waimea, whose term will expire
on December 31, 1997.
Mr. Easley is a life-time resident of Hawaii, and since 1979
has been the owner/president of the Easley Corporation. He is
involved with numerous community activities; listing of said
activities is attached. He is a member of the Republican Party.
If approved, Mr. Easley would serve a term to end on
December 31, 2002. Should the Council require further
information regarding this submission, you may call me at your
convenience.
