Re: Draft 2 of Bill 81, Salary Ordinance of 2007
We request that you replace Bill No. 81 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same bill.
The original Bill No. 81, later to be referred to as the Salary Ordinance of 2007, did not reflect the
following pay grades that were adopted in the Salary Ordinance of 2006:
Section 7.01 OFFICE OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL
Item 3 Council Legislative Assistant CLA-1
Item 6 Council Aide CA-1
Item 7 Council Aide to the Chair CA-2
Item 8 Special Assistant $46,200
These were inadvertently omitted and have been corrected in Draft 2 of this bill.
