Subject: Revision to Chapter 2, Article 14 of the Hawaii County Code
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article 14 of the Hawaii County
Code. Following is a description of the proposed amendment:
• Grants the transit agency authority to establish rules and regulations necessary for
the operation of the public transportation system, including interior
advertisements on buses.
