Discretionary funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and
Recreation to fund costs associated with hosting the 2007 Hawaii State Senior Citizens Softball
Tournament at Kailua Park.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds ($2,890) from the Clerk-Council SVC-
