RE: County acquisition of Punalu'u Beach Pazk, Ninole Pond and Adjacent Lands
Attached please find for your review a resolution authorizing the fmance Director to enter into
negotiations for the acquisition of Punalu'u Beach Pazk, Ninole Pond and Adjacent Lands. This
acquisition is critical for protecting the natural resources, public access and important habitat for
endangered and protected sea turtles.
