Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is a resolution authorizing the
acquisition of private property by eminent domain for the construction of an exploratory and
production well and supporting facilities in Kahuku, District of Ka`n, in accordance with Section
101-13, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
Also attached are nine copies of a map with the subject parcel to be acquired highlighted.
