COUNTY OF HAWAII
25 Aupuni Street
Hilo, Hawaii 96720
Dear Ms. Goldstein:
Subject: Annual Report Requirement -Keauhou Investment Co.
and Kona Cqq;t Properties, Ltd., REZ Ord. No. 94-j~4,
TMK: 7-7-08: 21 & 23
The effective date of the subject ordinance was December 7, 1994. Condition U
required the submittal of an annual report prior to December 1997.
Please be informed that since the submittal of the last report on May 7, 1996, the
applicant has been working with the County Department of Public Works relative to the
satisfying Condition L relating to the County's wastewater pump station site. The County
received its a SMA permit for this project this year and has been finalizing its construction
plans. It will also be submitting a subdivision of the area to be conveyed very shortly.
In the meantime, the applicants have been seeking the necessary financing to make the
project a reality. Hopefully, this can be accomplished in 1998. At that time, appropriate
permits, such as the SMA Permit, will be processed before the County.
We trust that this satisfies this annual report requirement. If not or if there are further
questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you very much.
'merely,
S Y F
