Civil No. 00-1-0181K and 05-1-015K (consolidated)
The above-referenced matter was placed on the Council agenda for
executive session on April 18, 2007. However, because no one had received our
letter dated April 16, 2007, I requested that the matter be deferred to the next
regularly scheduled Council meeting. Therefore, we respectfully request that the
matter be deferred until the May 2, 2007, Council meeting date in Kona.
