Enclosed for your review is Bi1181, Draft 3 amending the Salary Ordinance by increasing
the salary and wages for pay grades and providing for a new position pertaining to the
Office of the County Council. Draft 2 did not provide for an increase of 5% for the
certain Department's staff. Draft 3 amendments are reflected below:
