Hilo, Hawaii Dear Mr. Higa, t7n June 1, 2007, the Hilo High School Claea of 2007 will be holding Project Hilo High Snhool Graduation at the Hilo Yacht Club. Yrojeet Graduation ie an aII night drug and Ptajeet Graduatlan alcohol free party held on tiro night of graduation. The purpose of Project Cnnstnittea Graduatiem is to allow the graduates to celebrate in a safe and aontmlled environment on this potentially dangeroue night. Nationwide, atatietice show Roberta Makaolcalani that on graduation night when students are celebrating, there ie an alarming Chaieperems numlxr of alcohol and drug related incidents, many which have resulted in serious injuries and even deaths.
