Request to Cease and Desist the
hate crime known as the marijuana
eradication program in Hawaii.
Cease and desist (also called C & D) is a legal term essentially
meaning "halt" or "end". It is used in demands for a person or
organization to permanently stop doing something (to cease
and desistfrom doing it).
The term is used in two different contexts: Acease-and-desist order can be issued by
a judge or government authority, and has well-defined legal meaning. Acease-and-desist
letter can be sent by anyone, although typically they aze drafted by a lawyer.
In 1937 a religious practice was made into a criminal act by the Ways and Means
Committee of the Congress as can cleazly be seen in the testimony and statement of H.J.
Anslinger:
STATEMENT OF H. L ANSLINGER,
COMMISSIONER OF NARCOTICS, BUREAU OF NARCOTICS, DEPARTMENT OF
THE TREASURY
"MR. ANSLINGER: Mr. Chairman, my name is H. J. Anslinger; I am Commissioner of
Nazcotics in the Bureau of Narcotics, in the Treasury Department.
Mr. Chairman and distinguished members of the Ways and Means Committee, this traffic
in marihuana is increasing to such an extent that it has come to the be cause for the
greatest national concern.
This drug is as old as civilization itself. Homer wrote about, as a drug that made me
forget their homes, and that turned them into swine. In Persia, a thousand yeazs before
Christ, there was a religious and military order founded which was called the Assassins
and they derived their name from the drug called hashish which is now known in this
country as marihuana. They were noted for their acts of cruelty, and the word "assassin"
very aptly describes the drug".

Ethno-socio-Religious-Minority
An Ethnic group is identified by the customs, habits, and traditions
they hold in common to forma Social group. When this goup holds
similar religious beliefs they would rightfully be considered
an Ethno=Socio-Religious group, and when they make up a small segment
of the society within which they exist they are an Ethno-Socio-
Religious_Minority!
Religious Institute
An institute is a permanent organizational body created for a certain
purpose. The word comes from the Latin word institutum meaning facility
or habit, from instituere meaning build, create, raise or educate.
Religious pertains to an adherance, being strongly bonded, to
a religion, to a reliance. Both the words Rely and religion come from
the Latin word religare (re=again + ligare=to bind) a strong bond. Thus
the simplest and non-theocentric definition of religion is your faith
to rely because of your belief.
What makes a crime be considered as a hate crime?
The FBI quotes a statement by the American PsychologkalAssociadonabout hate crime:
"...not only is it an attack on one's physical self, but is also an attack on one's very
identity." Attacks upon individuals because of a difference in how they look, pray or
behave have long been a part of human history. It is onty recently, however, that our
society has given a a name and decided to monitor it, study it and legislate against it."
The FBI defines a hate uime (a.k.a. bias crime) to be:
"a criminal offense committed against a person, property or society which is motivated, in
whole or in part, by the offender's bias against a rece, religion, disability, sexual
orientation, or ethnicity/national origin:'
The Hawaiian Islands are home to a number of Marijuana based Religions one of which,
on the big island, puna district is the site of the Church of Cognizance, a neo-zoroastrian
organization who's religious practice depends upon the use and praise of Haoma aka
Marijuana. Please be informed.
The people of Hawaii are tired of the noise and danger associated with
these helicopters and the obvious violation to anyone's right to privacy.
Cease and Desist taking bribes from the fed's in our so called best
interests when it has been proven it is not.
