I am against the <br /> proposed ordinance pertaining to affordable housing requirements. This bill would stop <br /> small business owners fmm rebuilding or renovating. The 5nancial burden would put a <br /> stop to small, locally owned businesses from expanding or existing. This bill might even <br /> cause these small kama'aina busirlesfies to close up. Then the big businesses would <br /> gobble up these parcels of land for their own tree. <br /> Please do not allow this bip to pass. [urge all of you to do what is best for our <br /> interests.
