Re: Resolution No. 131-07
Dedication of Roadway Lot 12 (Loloku Street)
We respectfully request the withdrawal of the above-mentioned resolution, which is on
the agenda for May 1, 2007.
The developer, Queen Lili`uokalani Trust, has requested this withdrawal of the
dedication as it was prematurely forwarded to the Council. The developer is working on the
improvements fo Phase 2 and requires that Phase I remain closed until it can complete the
Phase 2 improvements. There are no lots open to the public in Phase 1.
