SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 156, Draft 5
Please note below for your consideration, an amendment to Bill No. 156, Draft 5, relating to
affordable housing requirements, which adds additional language as follows:
'Lv) Hawaii Count~Council Districts 2 3 4 and 5 would be exemat from inclusion in
Chapter 11 Article 1 Section 1-4(d~, until such time that either the Hawaii Countv
Council or the Hawaii County Planning_Director deem their inclusion necessary and a
Resolution stating such is Dassed by the County Council."
