RESOLUTION NO. 190 0?
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation's Organized Recreation
Division is in need of funds to purchase miscellaneous supplies and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the supplies and equipment will be used at the Hilo Armory for classes,
presentations, demonstrations and other activities; and
WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase the following equipment:

1. 16" adjustable pedestal fan 4 $ 100
2. 50 qt. wheeled cooler 1 $ 35
3. 150 qt. cooler 1 $ 90
4. 4-drawer legal filing cabinet 1 $ 250
5. 7" portable DVD player with TV 1 $ 125
cable attachments
6. 6' folding tables 4 $ 250
7. Hawaiian print fabric 40 yds. $ 125
8. White sewing thread 20 spools $ 25
TOTAL: $1,000
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
