A watercourse runs from above the church, under the road, going through and bisecting my leasehold land. It floods periodically causing damage to plants and water lines. Last summer, it flooded so badly the road was damaged and had to be repaired. The water came at least ten feet above above and over the road, covering almost half of my land on both sides of the watercourse, and causing significant damage to and breaking irrigation and water lines, destroying plants. It would have been quite dangerous to have been down on the land at that time. Carol Aronoff Comm. No. ~ ~ J Ref. To: _ W [ Ref. Cafe MA_ Y 0 3~ 5/3/2007
