Re: Proposed Bill No. 186 Draft 2

Request: Unplanned/A-Sa to R5-10, RM-2, RM-3.5, RM-5.5 and Open
Tax Map Key: 7-8-10:Portion of 2
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 186, Draft 2 with the following
amendments:
1. Page 23, Condition A. Delete the word "its".
2. Page 23, Condition B. Delete the word "its".
3. Page 23, Condition C, Last Sentence. Replace the word "will" with "shall".
4. Page 25, Condition H. Delete language and renumber the remaining Conditions.
(This Condition is rather difficult to adhere to because the northern boundary is
undeveloped and there are no plans available for the adjoining property to which
a roadway can be linked.)
5. Page 25, New Condition H. Insert "in a manner as required by the Planning
Department in consultation with the Department of Public Works." Delete
"meeting with the requirements of Chapter 23, Subdivision Code. Roadway
improvements within the proposed subdivision shall include curb, gutter and
sidewalks."
(Because the subdivision code is being revised and the outcome is unknown,
the new language should accommodate any changes that may azise in the
revision of the code.)
6.. Page 25, New Condition J. Delete the word "its".
7. Page 26, New Condition K. Insert the words "for the residential development of
the subject property" and "for any portion of the subject property".
