M(V or N~~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 204 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Higashihaza Pazk is a small neighborhood pazk in District 7 that is used <br /> extensively by young families because of the playground equipment and the easy accessibility <br /> off of Queen Ka` ahumanu Highway; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing playground equipment is made of wood and part of it needs to <br /> be replaced because of dry rot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Kona Lions Club will be providing volunteer labor and materials to <br /> install fixtures in the upper level restrooms, for the comfort of the families; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation to be used for renovations of the playground equipment and <br /> materials for restrooms doors for night security at Higashihara Park; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,000.00 <br /> Trans To Cap Proj.
