a <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 212 O"7 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Kama`oa Road serves the residents and visitors in Ka`n; and <br /> WHEREAS, for safety reasons, Kama`oa Road in Ka`n is in need of repairs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works will be responsible for the repair work; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Public Works-Trans to Highway Fund for repairs to Kama`oa Road in Ka`u; now. <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> That the following amount is hereby Yransferred/appropriated at set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $50,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $50,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works $50,000 <br /> Trans to Highway Fund <br /> (Ka`n Road Oce- Kama`oa Road Repairs <br /> 020.301.5301.52} <br /> <br />
