Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 186, Draft 4 which amends Condition M
as discussed at the Committee on Planning on March 5, 1998. The amendment includes the addition of
a cultural advisory committee composed of members of the community, including but not limited to
representatives from the Kona Hawaiian Civic Club, Na'bpio O Kahalu'u and the Office of Hawaiian
Affairs.
