Increases the Clerk-Council Svc S&W by $106,240 and employee benefits by <br /> $42,276 due to salazy increases and the addition of the two new positions, <br /> Legislative Specialist and the Administrative Assistant to the Legislative <br /> Research Branch. <br /> 2. Increases the Clerk-Council Svc-OCE by $395,000 due to the increases in <br /> Travel/Conferences, Videotaping, Audits, Document Imaging Control System, <br /> Legislative Auditor's Office renovation and meeting rooms. <br /> 3. Increases the Clerk-Council Svc Equipment by $23,000 for the purchase of a <br /> new van. <br /> 4. Increases the HSAC/NACO by $420 due to the increase in HSAC dues. <br /> 5. Increases the Postage-Council Svc by $10,000 due to the increase in postage <br /> costs. <br /> 6.
