RE: Bill No. 80, Draft 2 regazding proposed changes to Section 1, Chapter 2, Article 14,
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition)
Attached please find Bill 80, Draft 2, which reflects the floor amendment that specifies that all
advertising for buses will be interior advertising, as approved by the Public Works and
Intergovernmental Relations Committee at its meeting of May 1, 2007.
Authority to adopt rules and regulations
The aeencv is authorize to adopt reasonable rules and regulations as the aeenc dy eems
necessary for the administration of the conduct of the agency's business, including rules
and regulations for fees and chazges for permits for interior advertisements on buses.
Rules shall be promulgated pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as
amended.
