SUBJECT: Request for Reconsideration of Resolution No.176-07
On May 2, 2007, the County Council adopted Resolution No.176-07 that transferred funds from
the Clerk-Council SVC Contingency Relief account to the Department of Liquor Control to be
used as a grant towards the Pana`ewa Family Center for the purchase of educational supplies
($11,000).
Resolution 211-07 replaces Resolution 176-07 and appropriates the funds to the Department of
Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division Equipment instead.
I would like to request that Resolution 176-07 be reconsidered at the Council's May 16ei meeting
and that Resolution 211-07 be adopted.
