Dear Mr. Souza:
Change of Zone Ordinance No. 01-20 (REZ 957)
Applicant: Dorothy Souza
Request: A-Sato RA-2a
Subject: Administrative Time Extension To Comply With Condition D
Tax Man Key: 4-5-3:24 and 124
This is in response to your letter dated April 10, 2007 requesting a time extension to comply with
Condition D of the above referenced ordinance. According to your letter, delays caused by
financial hardships and unforeseen circumstances have prevented the applicant to secure Final
Consolidation/Resubdivision within the required 5-year deadline.
Based on Condition L, which allows for an administrative time extension if the non-performance
is the result of conditions that could not have been foreseen or are beyond the control of the
applicant, we are granting your request for the remaining administrative time extension until
February 13, 2011 to comply with Condition D.
Please be infonned, however, should you need an additional extension of time to comply with
Condition D, your request and reasons, along with 20 copies of that request shall be forwarded to
the Planning Commission with a $250 filing fee. A public hearing will be held by the Planning
Commission, who will forward their recommendation to the County Council.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jeff Darrow at 961-8288, ext. 259.
Sincerely,
~ r
