To: Members of the Hawaii County Council
This is to voice my strong opposition to Bilt #186 as it presently is written.
As I stated in my presentation to the Planning Comm. at the Kona Surf I think that
K.I.C./ Bishop Estate can do at lot more for the community than is being proposed.
The planning for parks, schools and infi-astructure shoiild have public input, not
back room deals as in the past. For a project that is at least 5 years in the future I
can see no compelling reason to rush to judgment,
