To: Members of the Hawaii County Council
This is to voice my strong opposition to Bill #186 as it presently is written.
As I stated in my presentalion to the Planning Comm. at the Kona Surf I think that
K.I.C./ Bishop Estate can do at lot more for the community than is being proposed.
The planning for parks, schools and infrastructure should have public input, not
back room deals as in the past. For a project that is at least 5 years in the future I
can sce no compelling reason to rush to judgment,
