Help protect Punalu'u as a Living Classroom for the children. Call and Email the Hawaii
County Council and ask them to protect Punalu~u the Heart of Kau.
Hawaii County Councilman Bob Jacobson has introduced Communication 399 (Reso 169-07) that
would authorize the county to enter into negotiations for the Punalu~u Beach Park, Ninole
Pond and adjacent lands. This is an important first step in the permanent protection of
the entire ahupua~a of Punalu~u - from the Mountains to the Sea.
