Subject: Bill 169-07
April 30, 2007
Mr. Bob Jacobson and all council members.
I am concerned about your representation of this district. It seems that you have no interest in
asking the people of Ka'u what they want. My conversations with many local people always
end up the same, surprised to hear what you have planned for our community and put in the
newspapers. It would only be appropriate for you to delay or cancel all future plans( this
bill) you have for Ka'u until you talk to the people. That means all people of Ka'u.
On another note I would like to clarify that the Ka'u Preservation does not represent the
majority of Kau residents. You do.
