Aloha Mr. Jacobson:
A County Pazk? We love Parks. So you have been working on this project for l0yeays:-.:.Who were you
working with? Most of Ka'u residents first found out about this issue when I appeared in the
newspapers. Mr. Jacobson, you represent all of Ka'u not only one or two groups you obviously show
favoritism too. It is time you do the job we are paying you for.
Why rush? Why not see what proposals come about from Mayor Kim's attempt to get the community
involved in developing a proposal that can be generally acceptable to the community.
